Celebrate July 4th with the Brigance Brigade Foundation!

Monday, July 4, 2016 marks the 77th anniversary of Lou Gehrig's speech at Yankee stadium when he announced his retirement from baseball due to his recent diagnosis with ALS.  Gehrig noted, “I might have been given a bad break, but I’ve got an awful lot to live for…” – “77 years after Lou Gehrig spoke those inspirational words, O.J. Brigance defines their meaning.” (MASN)

On Monday, July 4th the Brigances will be honored on field prior to the Aberdeen IronBirds’ game against the West Virginia Black Bears. O.J. and Chanda will throw out the first pitch and fans can visit the organization’s table on the concourse throughout the game for information, donations and a chance to win prizes!
